Why Contact a Medium?

In my younger days, the psychic realm was always “lurking”. My sense of the other world was close at hand. I would have silent conversations with “angels” and “ spirits”. That is, until I was told that they were not “real”. However, it brought me comfort to have these connections and conversations, so they never really stopped. Thankfully! What I often notice with clients (“sitters”) is the desire to have connection, to acknowledge that this material world is not all there is. To know that their passed over loved one is OK. Are they nearby? Are they watching over the family?

Below, I share an example from a reading. NOTE: Certain details have been changed to insure confidentiality. A young woman who had a challenging relationship with her now deceased father came for a reading to ask questions about specific events that she believed changed the family dynamic. Her father communicated with me and described several events, clarifying what she suspected and apologized for the impact his actions had on the family, especially on her. Although she did not offer him forgiveness in the moment, she felt free, knowing the truth. She was able to see more clearly how these events had shaped her life choices and relationships. With this new understanding, she was able to move toward forgiveness.
